Wine tasting in a historic dungeon

1st day

Arrival in Wertheim and check-in in your hotel. Shopping tour or a visit to the Wertheim castle (one of the largest stone castles in Southern Germany). In the evening a Franconian snack will be served to you at the hotel. After that our wine expert expects you in the "Spitze Turm" and presents 7 different wines to you. Bread is served with the wine.

2nd day

After a good and nourishing breakfast an experienced guide will show you the sights of our historic old town. In the afternoon you might want to go for a boat trip on the Main river. Or would you like to watch a glass-blower during his work?

We also organize various wine-tastings in the dungeon, at a wine-grower's or in the Ambrosius Balbus cellar. Please ask for the opening times of our traditional "Besen-Wirtschaften"!
