GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration/Payment
We kindly ask you to register in writing. Registration is binding as soon as it is confirmed by us. A deposit is not required. However, the price has to be paid not later than 4 weeks before start of the journey. Charges for cancellation and change of reservation are due immediately.

2. Change of reservation
If you request changes regarding the date, the start of the journey or the accommodation we charge an administration fee of € 15.00.

3. Cancellation
a)a) You may cancel at any time before the journey has been started off. In your own interest this should be done in writing. The date when the organizers receive the cancellation note is decisive for the fees which are calculated as follows:

• up to 30 days before start of the journey: € 25.00
• 29 to 14 days before start of the journey: 25% of the price
• 13 to 2 days before start of the journey: 60% of the price
• 1 day before start of the journey or non-appearance: 80% of the price.

b) Changes of reservation or any modifications should always be done in writing.

4. Liability
We monitor our service partners, ensure the correctness of the descriptions and the proper rendering of services. Our liability - regardless of any legal grounds - is limited to a total of three times the amount of the price, if the damage has not been caused by the organizer either intentionally or due to gross negligence or inasmuch as the organizer is responsible only due to the fault of one of his service partners. Services which have not been called on cannot be reimbursed. If in spite of our confirmation rooms are not available with the equipment promised, the difference will be reimbursed by the organizer. Further claims will not be accepted. The organizers reserve the right to make smaller changes, even at short notice.

5. Insurances
For your own safety we recommend a baggage, accident, cancellation and/or public liability insurance.

6. Claims
If in spite of our efforts you have reasons to complain, we kindly ask you to assert your claims in writing to the organizers not later than 1 month after the contractual end of the journey.

7. Place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Wertheim, unless otherwise defined.
